Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our warehouse operations and logistics to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all warehousing activities, including inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving.
* Develop and implement logistics plans, including routing, transportation, and delivery schedules.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize the supply chain process.
* Analyse and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Create a positive work environment,ensuring team members complete work tasks and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics management.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Current forklift license or ability to obtain one.
