Executive Chef Opportunity

About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, with a flexible and rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. You will work closely with our dedicated Head Chef and team to deliver exceptional food and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own sections and ensure a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
* Deliver good quality and modern innovative food in a busy commercial kitchen environment.
* Maintain immaculate grooming and pride in presentation at all times.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers through clear communication and excellent customer service skills.
* Adhere to food hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Certified trade qualifications or equivalent (minimum Certificate IV).
* Flexible and willing attitude, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
