About the Opportunity The Senior Manager, AI Strategy is a pivotal role responsible for shaping RACV’s AI direction by proactively identifying new AI opportunities, shaping the forward macro-program and ensuring RACV’s AI agenda is market leading.
The role requires gravitas and consulting experience to lead strategic initiatives, scan external trends, and guide annual AI reviews. It produces insight-driven content including market vignettes and case studies and embeds strategic thinking across the enterprise.

Strategic Planning : Lead development of RACV’s AI strategy, incorporating external trends,internal priorities and business and AI program performance.
Enterprise AI Roadmap Development : Lead the strategy and insights work that underpins the creation and evolution of the enterprise AI roadmap, ensuring continual alignment with both internal capabilities and external trends.
Insight Generation : Produce strategic content such as market vignettes and thought leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborate with senior leaders and AI stream leads to align AI strategy with business goals.
What you’ll need to be successful
Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting.
Additional background in advanced analytics, data science, or AI-focused roles is highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy with a robust external focus, leveraging market, competitor, and industry insights to inform organizational direction.
Proven track record in advising, designing, and implementing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable business value.
Strong engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with experience presenting to and collaborating with senior management (EGMs/CEO) and cross-functional teams.
Effective matrix leadership and collaboration skills, driving alignment and adoption of AI strategy across diverse business units.
Experience leading change and fostering a culture of innovation in complex organizational environments
