In the role of Senior Consultant, Campaign Management, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing Team, that's doubling down on winning together!
This is a 9‐month fixed‐term contract position.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns to support our customers through planned delivery cycles and agreed dates.
* Brief and manage creative agencies to support campaign outcomes.
* Manage campaign velocity, workload and delivery rhythms through established shaping, design and delivery ways of working.
* Collaborate with all key stakeholders and partners as required (including Product Domains, NAB Retail/PHL and marketing teams).
* Work closely with enablement teams to execute 1:1 (below the line) BTL programs flawlessly.
* Provide clear campaign performance reporting and insights, articulating impact and learnings to senior stakeholders.
* Drive consistent process, rhythms "one‐way same way" approach to campaign delivery, including full compliance of risk, governance and budget management.
Qualifications
* Strong experience delivering 1:1 / personalised marketing campaigns, ideally within financial services.
* Proven capability across (below the line) BTL campaigns, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
* Strong creative and content skills, creating consistency and linkage across portfolios, driving efficiencies.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance, interpret data and communicate impact with confidence.
* Experience working in agile environments, influencing across squads and stakeholders without direct authority.
* Sound knowledge of financial products and services, with a strong customer‐first lens.
* A seasoned marketing background with relevant tertiary qualification(s).
