This is a fantastic chance to "Lead, Build, and Make a Difference". You'll take ownership of multiple commercial and industrial projects, guide a skilled team of tradespeople and apprentices, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
What you'll do:
* Run 3–4 active projects at a time, overseeing trades, apprentices, and subcontractors
* Be hands‐on, on site, stepping in wherever needed
* Manage job workflows and invoicing using internal software,
* Support and mentor the team to ensure quality and efficiency
* Typical week: 70% site / 30% office
What we're looking for:
* Trade background essential (carpenter, plumber, electrician, or similar)
* Building or structural experience highly regarded
* Team leader at heart – you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and guiding others
* Organised, reliable, and ready to problem‐solve on site
