Job Title: eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager
Location: Sydney
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager to lead the online store's trading performance and digital marketing strategy. This is a key role focused on driving revenue, conversion, and customer growth across digital channels.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day trading of the online store, delivering on sales and profit targets
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and affiliates
* Optimise onsite merchandising, content, and user journey to enhance conversion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, product launches, and omnichannel initiatives
* Report on key performance metrics and drive data-led decision making
* Oversee digital budgets and manage external agency performance
Qualifications
* Proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing within fast-paced retail or lifestyle brands
* Proficiency with Shopify and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in trading, reporting, and CRO
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* A customer-first approach with a focus on growth and efficiency
