Join the Iimis Traralgon Team – Junior Café Attendant (15–30 hrs/week)
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Junior Café Attendants to become part of the Iimis Traralgon family.
This is a great opportunity for school or university students with regular availability who are eager to gain hands-on experience in hospitality.
Role Details
* Casual or part-time positions available
* Rotating shifts: mornings, lunch, or dinner
* Weekdays and weekends
* Approx. 15–30 hours per week
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment
* Friendly and professional customer service skills
* Commitment to obtaining RSA and completing a barista course within 3 months of starting
Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Assist with coffee making and basic bar-tending
* Perform waiting and service duties for food and beverages
* Help maintain a clean and welcoming bar and dining area
* Support with general cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen prep
* Operate the cash register and handle transactions
