We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, supporting mining customers in Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to Mining business customers across Western Australia
* Manage the engine life database system
* Respond to urgent customer requests for technical assistance and product issues
* Collaborate with key stakeholders including customers and engineers
* Develop strong relationships with valued clients
* Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
* Intermediate level of experience in technical support, diagnostics, or field service
* Effective communication skills with ability to tailor messages to technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders
* Ability to manage complex technical issues and synthesize large volumes of diagnostic data
* Proficiency in using electronic service tools, diagnostic software, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting equipment
* A customer-focused mindset with passion for solving problems and delivering value
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
