The Policy & Billing Manager will lead a team to achieve business outcomes and benefits through regulatory compliance, change activities, and continuous improvement. This includes designing, delivering, and reporting on initiatives for sustainable system improvements.

* Lead and coach a high-performing team of Business Delivery Owners (Policy & Billing) for consistent service delivery.
* Work with the leadership team to deliver the Workers Compensation technology backlog.
