We are seeking a proactive and service-focused IT – Service Desk Support Officer to join this team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of technology services across the College.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing exceptional service to students, staff and parents. You will help maintain reliable and efficient IT systems, support daily Service Desk operations, and assist with the implementation and maintenance of the College’s technology infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, values great customer service, and is eager to continue developing their skills in a dynamic educational environment.
What You'll Do:
* Provide responsive and professional IT support via ticket, email, phone and walk-in requests
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for staff and students
* Maintain and support devices, printers, and other digital equipment across campus
* Assist with device deployment, software updates and system administration (including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory)
* Record and manage student device repairs and maintain accurate IT asset records
* Support the setup and use of audio-visual equipment across the College
* Assist with the rollout of new and upgraded technologies

* Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Is organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively

* Is comfortable working with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, macOS and iOS systems
