The role
What we are looking for
- An energetic and passionate professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a front‐of‐house role
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and genuine customer focus with attention to detail
- Self‐motivated and capable of working both in a team and independently
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, and an interest in expanding that knowledge
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Genuine passion for delivering wonderful hospitality
You will be responsible for
- Greeting and welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Operating the POS and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised storefront
- Ensuring product displays are visually appealing and well‐stocked
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times
