Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals according to set menus
* Maintain effective communication with Site Managers and Facility staff
* Supervise and direct Kitchen Staff to ensure efficient service delivery
* Implement safe food handling and hygiene practices at all times
* Complete food safety documentation as required
* Adhere to budgets, stocktake, and regular ordering procedures
Skill and Experience Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Prior experience in Aged Care is highly valued
* Experience with Western Cooking is essential
* Basic computer skills, including Outlook
