As a Retail Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staffing, stock, compliance, and financial performance. You will lead from the front, inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will be the go-to expert on travel knowledge and currency insights, sharing your expertise with customers and your team to drive sales and growth.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, able to drive performance through people and process. You will be detail-oriented and confident in handling cash in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run the store like it's your own business, with full autonomy and accountability

Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
* Commercially minded and able to drive performance through people and process
* Detail-oriented and confident in handling cash in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for customer service and love of travel
