Recruitment Consultant II at Planet PharmaOne of our most exciting clients is seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join its growing European operations team. This is a hybrid role (mostly home-based) in Deeside and will involve supporting order management and customer service excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and process incoming orders within set timeframesManage and monitor EDI orders and customer portalsHandle inbound and outbound calls with professionalismLiaise with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholdersEnsure data accuracy in systems and maintain order flowMaintain customer databases and support delivery trackingMonitor inbox and respond efficiently to customer queriesProduce reports and monitor KPIs to ensure performance standardsWhat You'll Bring:
Previous experience in customer service and order entryConfident communicator with strong phone etiquetteProficient in MS Outlook and Excel; knowledge of SAP (SD module) preferredExperience working with multilingual teams or international customersKnowledge of ESKER or similar order automation tools is a plusLanguages:
