**What You Will Be Doing**
This position is responsible for providing the initial point of contact for users submitting an incident
or request for service to the IT Service Desk.
As a committed team member the Service Desk Officer will provide first level support and
troubleshooting and resolving requests to meet KPI's and SLA's. Where resolution of requests on first
contact not possible, the Service Desk Officer will escalate as appropriate
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent knowledge and experience of User Provisioning (MS Active Directory / MS Exchange)
- Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
