The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. This role will be appointed as either:
F&B Team Leader (Ronnie's Restaurant), and

As part of our F&B leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading service teams, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences — whether in our restaurant or across our banquet and event spaces.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the F&B team during service
* Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant or banquet operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
* Oversee event execution from setup to pack down (banquet operations)
* Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety compliance
* Support team training, coaching, and performance development
* Assist with rostering and operational planning
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
About You
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience in restaurant and/or banquet operations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
* Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
