Based in Wingfield, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Conveyor Technician Trainee to join our close-knit team in Kalgoorlie, WA. About Us:
REMA TIP TOP is a global leader in providing high-quality products and services across mining and industrial sectors. Based in Wingfield, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Conveyor Technician Trainee to join our close-knit team in Kalgoorlie, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rubber lining of various components
* Learning belt splicing duties
* Conveyor belt cleating
* Operating factory machinery and equipment
* Assisting with general workshop and factory duties
What We're Looking For:
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmosphere, White Card (advantageous)
* A background in manufacturing or similar hands-on industries (advantageous)
* Experience or knowledge around the conveyor industry (advantageous)
* Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently
* A strong commitment to safety and following company policies and procedures
* Valid driver's licence (essential)
* Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 7AM – 3:10PM
* Overtime available as required
* FIFO as required
