We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major HR and Payroll ERP implementation for a large enterprise organisation. This is a critical transformation project requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the implementation of a new HR & Payroll ERP system from planning through to go-live.
* Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams.
* Coordinate vendor engagement and ensure solution design meets business requirements.
* Oversee testing, data migration, change management, and transition to BAU.
* Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
About You:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (HR/Payroll highly desirable).
* Strong project governance and risk management skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
* Familiarity with change management principles and business readiness activities.
