About the Role
You'll take ownership of building and civil maintenance tasks, ensuring properties and public facilities are safe, functional, and well‑presented. This includes:
* Performing carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
* Managing maintenance programs and contractor compliance.
* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports.
* Operating vehicles and equipment safely.
* Responding to urgent incidents when required.
What We're Looking For
* Trade Certificate in a building trade OR 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
* Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance programs.
