The Role
As a Regional Manager for VIC Region (St Kilda, Pakenham, Cranbourne, and Berwick), you’ll oversee the operations and success of four clubs, ensuring they thrive under your leadership. You’ll focus on driving results, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting your teams to deliver outstanding member experiences. You will be accountable for the overall management of the clubs, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:
•Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
•Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
•Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
•Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
•Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
•Upholding all safety and security standards
About You
You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
•Proven experience managing multiple clubs or teams in a fast-paced environment
•Track record of driving teams to exceed KPIs and operational goals
•Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
•Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
•Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
