My client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to support upcoming a $10m new build project. This individual must have new build or heavy refurb experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering contracts and managing costs
- Preparing progress claims, variations, and subcontractor agreements
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Coordinating with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience on new build or heavy refurbishment projects
- Background as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
