Are you looking for a new opportunity to support the planning, development and implementation of innovative care models and quality improvement initiatives?
Western Health is looking for an experienced Project Officer to support key components of project delivery within the Division of Chronic and Complex Care.
You will support the planning of, collaborating on and/or leading of key projects pertaining to the division's growth, strategic direction and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the project and operations team as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure key project milestones are achieved.
To be successful you will have project management experience with demonstrated strong interpersonal, leadership and decision making skills. You will be driven, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement and the delivery of Best Care.
