Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to deliver advanced, recovery-focused mental health care within a dynamic emergency department environment.
* Provide expert clinical assessment, planning and coordination of care for consumers presenting with acute mental health concerns
* Deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care while working autonomously and leading clinical decision-making
* Support and guide multidisciplinary teams through clinical leadership, education, and mentoring
* Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and service development aligned with contemporary mental health practice

We are seeking a highly capable and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings advanced clinical expertise and a strong commitment to person-centred mental health care.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills in mental health nursing, particularly in acute or emergency settings
* Proven ability to lead, support and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Strong commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and contributing to education and professional development
* High level of integrity, accountability and communication skills, with a focus on delivering safe, compassionate and recovery-oriented care
