As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join the team and play a key role in shaping the next stage of our marketing function.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across content, email, social media and digital channels, helping drive client acquisition, improve engagement, and support the continued growth of the QPF Finance Group brands.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, you'll gain exposure across all areas of marketing, with the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and continue developing your skillset.

You're a proactive, organised marketer who enjoys variety and takes ownership of your work. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoy being hands‐on across different areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and deliver content across blogs, website, social media and campaigns
* Plan, build and execute email & SMS marketing campaigns across multiple business units
* Manage and grow QPF's organic social media presence
* Support the execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns (search & social)
* Assist with website updates, content improvements and SEO best practices
* Respond to and manage internal marketing requests from brokers and stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve content, campaigns and overall marketing performance
* Assist in the coordination of key stakeholder events, including QPF's Annual Golf Day
* Support the development of marketing collateral (digital and print)
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills
* Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
* Experience managing or contributing to social media (organic)
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles
* Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
* Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta Business Suite
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Graphic design capability for digital content
Desirable
* Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Understanding of SEO principles
* Event coordination or marketing event experience
* HTML & CSS knowledge
