We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the Project Director and Senior Leadership team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate meetings, compile agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner
* Manage diaries, arrange appointments, and prepare briefing materials for meetings
* Oversee all aspects of project correspondence, reporting, and progress tracking
* Coordinate and format presentations for the leadership team
* Manage travel, expense claims, and general office duties
* Organize project events and functions
* Support and assist the broader administrative team across the project
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role within a project environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
* Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented
* Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with SharePoint and Aconex highly regarded
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the project team
* A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and ownership
