The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will play a central role in supporting the governance, systems, and reporting capability of BaptistCare's Project Management Office. This is a hands‐on strategic role where you will:
* Ensure adherence to the organisation's PMO governance framework
* Provide expert governance guidance to project managers and senior leaders
* Strengthen project reporting, dashboards, and data quality across portfolios
* Lead the administration and optimisation of PMO systems (e.g. Smartsheet and reporting tools)
* Improve project visibility and decision‐making through high‐quality insights
* Support transformation initiatives through effective governance and reporting
* Drive continuous improvement in PMO methodologies, templates, and processes
* Build capability across project teams through advice, training, and support
About You
You're a governance‐focused project professional who enjoys improving systems, strengthening oversight, and enabling teams to deliver projects successfully. You'll bring:
* 3–5+ years' experience in PMO, project governance, or project delivery leadership
* Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and portfolio reporting
* Advanced capability in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools such as Power BI
* Experience developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
* Experience supporting large transformation programmes or strategic initiatives
* Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
* Experience in aged care, disability, government, or non‐profit sectors
* Experience with automation tools or system integrations (e.g. Power Automate)
* Experience improving PMO maturity, governance processes, and project capability
