RD Williams is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our businesses' Accounting, IT and Marketing.

With a background in Accounting, you like to lead your Accounts/Administration Team by example and understand the importance of attention to detail and doing things properly the first time. You appreciate the stability that comes from working in a well-established business with long term employees and have good people skills to keep all stakeholders on side.

About the Role
Working with and overseeing a small Accounts Team (using Momentum Pro and Zero/MPower), your responsibility entails making sure our accounting and administration runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes processing of purchase orders, suppliers are paid and debtors account managed, bank accounts reconciled, databases updated (such as Asset Registers and Marketing mailout lists), periodic auditing of accounts and highlighting any areas of concern and providing advice on accounting matters to the Management Team. You will also provide monthly and ad hoc reporting, as well as personally processing payroll and other payments to local and overseas suppliers.
The role also involves liaising with our IT and utility providers to ensure essential systems operate at optimum performance with any issues resolved promptly.
As an organised individual, you will also take ownership of ensuring our Marketing activities keep to deadlines, the website and other materials are updated with current information, and a steady flow of professional and interesting content is produced to utilise a diverse range of media.
