**Contact Services Officer**

**About the role**
Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Help Desk support
- Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Processing of purchase orders, invoices
- Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries
- Dispatching tasks to field technicians
- General Administrative Duties
**About you**
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Experience with Facilities Management-related software systems
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
- Exceptional people and customer service skills
- The ability to complete additional shifts where required,
