Job Title: Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team in Canning Vale, WA. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in administrative roles is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Word & Excel) being highly desirable.
About the Role
* Support the Exports team in processing payments to fishing vessels and crew
* Prepare monthly reports on export documentation
* Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining records
* Coordinate with Deputy GM - Exports, Factory and Depot Managers to ensure information is submitted to relevant stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
3. Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures
4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
