The Role
This is an entry-level role for an ambitious Property Management Assistant who has the passion to support a portfolio of commercial properties including:
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to Property Managers across the portfolio.
· Prepare and issue lease documents, renewal notices, and other tenant correspondence as needed.
· Maintain accurate property, tenant, and maintenance records in property management systems.
· Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and document management.
· Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
· Ensure documentation and processes comply with legislative and company requirements.
· Help maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records for each property.
· Related tasks as required by management from time to time.

The Candidate
· Certificate or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field (or working toward completion)
· Experience using Re-Leased (Property Management Software) will be looked upon favourably
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with tenants, contractors and consultants
· Building and maintaining outstanding relations with internal and external stakeholders
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Possess a strong work ethic with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
· Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting deadlines and managing a large commercial portfolio in a professional manner
· Ability to work under pressure and balance priorities to achieve positive outcomes
· Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
· Current Agents Representative Certificate
