About the Role
As a Grower Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and its network of growers. This role is hands-on and focused on maintaining high levels of accuracy and communication.
What you'll be doing
* Maintain accurate records of fruit suppliers, including seasonal purchase orders, payment confirmations, and delivery quantities
* Liaise with growers and suppliers regarding fruit supply, documentation and payments
* Process accounts payable transactions related to fruit procurement and grower payments
* Support the Grower Services team with invoicing, payment schedules, reporting, contract processing and Quality Assurance documentation
* Reconcile transport documentation and invoices
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth procurement and logistic operations
* Undertake additional duties as directed to support business needs across multiple sites and crops
What You'll Bring
* A valid driver's license
* Background in procurement, accounts payable or supply chain administration is highly regarded
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
* Effective team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
