Key Responsibilities
* Collate meeting materials and take accurate minutes for stakeholders.
* Support the collection and completion of support plans, and maintain relevant documentation.
* Compile data for reporting and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
* Manage documents, including uploading, filing, and archiving.
* Effectively communicate across multiple platforms, including Outlook emails, calendar, phone, WebEx, and Teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience in a similar field.
* Skilled minute-taking skills to capture discussion points and action items during meetings.
* Strong computer skills, with experience using Outlook calendars efficiently and working across multiple platforms.
* Ability to prioritize tasks proactively without direction.
* Effective communication with all stakeholders, adjusting styles as needed.
* Empathy and resilience to work in the support environment, with an understanding of disability services and support roles.
