About this role
* Manage the delivery of end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding activities and completion of employee documentation.
* Provide recruitment advice and support to managers on policies and procedures to ensure hiring of suitable candidates.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders within the organisation.
* E nsure all work undertaken is compliant to relevant OHS legislation.
Your focus in this role will be on:
* Undertaking high volume recruitment and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment policies and procedures.
* Maintaining accurate records and registers.
* Using sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in managing high volume recruitment.
* A background in blue-collar, particularly across civil and production operations (desirable).
* High level interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of human resource practices and legislation.
* Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
