Support Executive Role Overview
This pivotal role will provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. High-level organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are essential.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meetings, travel, expenses, and confidential correspondence.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
* Manage inboxes, prioritise emails, flag critical items, and oversee workflow and sign-offs to ensure deadlines are met.
* Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, meeting documents, and follow-up actions.
* Process paperwork and support day-to-day operational tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and organise documents systematically for easy reference.
* Create procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
* Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring staff have required technology and office access.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Chase invoices and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
* Organise internal meetings, events, training sessions, and conferences.
* Lead and contribute to office culture initiatives, including team activities and wellness programmes.
