The disability support worker is responsible for implementing, training, and support services and maximising people's living, employment, social, and recreational skills with a disability. community inclusion, independence, decision making, and personal choice should be promoted through support, focusing on individual needs.
**We need Female Support Workers**.

- Must be Committed to promoting empowerment, respect, dignity and inclusion when supporting participating and carers.
- Good Communication skills with developed interpersonal skills.
- Must have high level of spoken English with understanding of local sayings and references.
- Driving's License, car and comprehensive car insurance.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability Studies or related fields (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability and skill to use person-centred care
- Possess well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively as a team member.
