The disability support worker is responsible for implementing, training, and support services and maximising people's living, employment, social, and recreational skills with a disability. community inclusion, independence, decision making, and personal choice should be promoted through support, focusing on individual needs.
We need Female Support Workers.
Selection Criteria
* Must be Committed to promoting empowerment, respect, dignity and inclusion when supporting participating and carers.
* Good Communication skills with developed interpersonal skills.
* Must have high level of spoken English with understanding of local sayings and references.
* Driving's License, car and comprehensive car insurance.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* First Aid & CPR
* National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* New Worker NDIS Induction Module
* Minimum Certificate III in Disability Studies or related fields (desirable) or agree to work towards,
* Demonstrated ability and skill to use person-centred care
* Possess well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively as a team member.

Pay: $32.56 – $50.71 per hour
