 
        
        HR Administration Officer 
Geelong | Immediate start | 3-month temporary contract 
We’re seeking an experienced HR Administration Officer to support a high-volume recruitment campaign. This is a temporary role through to Christmas, with an immediate start based in Geelong.
Key Duties: 
- Provide admin support across recruitment, selection & onboarding
- Conduct phone screening & schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics & venues
- Perform reference checks & issue contracts
- Track recruitment progress & maintain personnel e-files
- Conduct pre-employment checks (police, WWCC, VIT)
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers & People & Culture team
- Escalate recruitment or compliance risks as needed
- Manage personnel records & HR databases
- Assist payroll with employee information
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 
- Certification in Administration, HR, Business or relevant experience (preferred)
- Proven HR admin experience, including high-volume recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR systems
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- High attention to detail with accurate data handling
