You will play a key role in keeping our business running efficiently through accurate data entry, invoicing, and account keeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry, invoicing, and basic account keeping
* Maintain organised financial and administrative records
* Support day to day office operations in an efficient and timely manner
* Identify and resolve administrative and accounting discrepancies
* Communicate clearly with internal team members and external suppliers
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
* Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and efficiency
