Specialist CAMHS Clinician Role

This is a multidisciplinary position covering nursing, midwifery and allied health streams.
* AHP2 - $91,785.00 to $106,330.00
* RN/M2C - $87,416.00 to 110,497.00
About this role: Provide specialist care to children, adolescents and families with complex mental health needs.
* Deliver assessment and therapeutic care for children, adolescents and families
* Develop case formulation and implement evidence-based interventions
* Lead complex case management within a multidisciplinary team
* Provide consultation, supervision and clinical guidance to staff and partners
* Drive quality improvement, evaluation and culturally safe practice
Key Responsibilities
1. Assess and manage complex cases in a CAMHS setting
2. Develop and deliver therapeutic programs for children, adolescents and families
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved outcomes
4. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness
