The essential requirements for this role are:
Experience in the design, delivery and review of vocational education training programs to individuals and groups
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to think on your feet when facilitating
Confident facilitator with demonstrated capability to successfully engage a diverse audience of adult learners to help cement knowledge
