Metricon Homes is recruiting an experienced Warranty Site Manager to join our Geelong and Metro Melbourne Homecare team. The role will predominantly be in the Geelong and surrounding suburbs, with office meetings based in Derrimut. Coverage includes the Metro western fringe, from Werribee through to the Point Cook corridor.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customers receive prompt responses and follow up on all matters raised, resolving commitments in a timely manner.
* Ensure on‐site works are undertaken to both Metricon and current industry standards.
* Attend required department office days and actively contribute to team development.
* Progress efficiently through both the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home.
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date recording with all reports.

Qualifications
* Trade background in the construction industry.
* Experience in a customer service/contact role.
* Experience in the building industry, preferably in the new home environment.
* Cert IV in Building is highly regarded.
* Ability to manage self and others in a time‐critical environment.
* Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations.
* A positive attitude.
