 
        
        Transport Allocator - Supply Chain
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Allocator. You will be looking after all sites transport operations for daily fleet movements in Sydney. This is a TEMP ongoing role Mon-Fri. Toll moves the businesses that move the world. Eastern Creek location.
Key Responsibilities
 * Ensure the effective monitoring of all daily fleet operations
 * Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders
 * Provide load plans and scheduling for all runs
 * Co-ordinate rostering and all adjustments
 * Monitor drivers progress against schedules, discuss with drivers any issues on daily basis
 * Review all orders for site deliveries
 * Ensure COR and OHS is adhered to
 * Run reports and assist admin staff as required
Skills & Experience
 * Experience working in similar role is essential
 * Sound knowledge of Road Transport rules and regulations including COR
 * Experience in transport planning, allocation, and optimisation is required
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills essential
 * Demonstrated ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems
 * Strong computer literacy inc TMS and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
 * Must have strong time management skills and be solutions driven
