We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business sales of our Microlise Telematics & Delivery Management Solution to SMEs and Enterprise prospects. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with prospective customers. By utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology, you will ensure a structured, value-driven approach to sales, driving predictable revenue growth.

What you will be doing:
* Identify and qualify SME and Enterprise prospects that will benefit from Microlise's delivery management solutions.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers.
* Conduct in-depth discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover customer needs and pain points.
* Present tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate strong ROI.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up marketing generated leads to closing deals and onboarding new customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and presales, to drive customer engagement.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS or logistics/transport technology solutions to SMEs.
* Strong understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC (or similar) sales methodology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self‐motivated, target‐driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
* Ability to build and nurture long‐term relationships with key decision‐makers.
* Experience using Salesforce CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
* Passion for technology and how it can transform business operations.
* Experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industries.
* A network of SME and Enterprise contacts within relevant sectors.
