Ideally:
You will be a Senior lawyer with a transportable practice who is feeling constrained by the limits imposed in your current firm;
You will have the drive and determination to be exceptionally successful in your chosen field;
You will have a portable client base and if only a small one, be wanting to grow this further;
You will have the confidence to run a practice and drive decisions as your own, knowing that you are fully supported by the firm\'s management and back end teams; &
You already know the world\'s your oyster, you just need the support.
Once on-board you will have full control and autonomy over your work, you will report to yourself without any management intervention and you will
