Finance Leadership Role
Overview: As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead transactional activities, supervising a small team to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, debt, and instalment functions effectively.
* Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
* Provide executive and board reporting, ensuring seamless compliance with regulations.
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead the Transactional Finance team with vision and expertise.
* Supervise day-to-day technical support and manage workflow processes efficiently.
Financial Operations:
* Oversee the accounts payable and receivable function, including debt management best practices.
* Manage debt and instalment functions across multiple schemes.
* Deliver actionable insights on current and future debt states.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
* Track team performance against defined SLAs and key metrics.
* Drive effective management of workflows to optimize transactional and billing processes.
Reporting and Compliance:
* Support the Manager with high-quality executive and board reporting.
* Deliver finance and budget-related papers and briefs within tight timeframes.
* Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
This position reports directly to the Manager Scheme Sustainability, Budgeting and Financial Reporting and has a small team of Finance Officers under their supervision.
