About the Role
This is a vital opportunity for a Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team, providing expert psychosocial services and support to clients within the Women's and Children's Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work interventions, assessments, counselling, and case management to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide professional social work services to children, adolescents, and their families.
* To deliver effective and efficient psychosocial assessments, counselling, and therapeutic intervention plans.
* To advocate for individual clients and their families within the hospital and when referring to community services and agencies.
* To contribute to the development of clinical practice and promote optimal delivery of services to clients of the hospital.
Requirements
* An appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
