We are currently seeking a **Casual Handyman/Groundsman/Gardener** to join our team at **Runaway Bay Motor Inn**, located on the beautiful Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role primarily focused on maintaining the motel gardens and grounds, as well as assisting with general room maintenance.
**About the Role**:
**Duties include**:
- Lawn mowing and garden maintenance
- Hedge trimming and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Pool maintenance (basic chemical checks and cleaning)
- General room maintenance and minor repairs
**Details**:
- **Pay Rate**: $32.25 per hour (as per Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009] - Level 3 Handyperson | Casual)
- **Schedule**: Weekdays only - flexible hours
- **Tools & Equipment**: All provided
- **Location**: Runaway Bay Motor Inn, Gold Coast
**About You**:
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience with basic handyman tasks and garden/pool care preferred
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
