We're on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing financial services team in the Eastern Suburbs.
With over 13 years of industry experience and a strong national network across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, the business has built a solid reputation for delivering fast, adaptable and hassle-free finance.

What You'll Do
- Identify, engage and manage relationships with referral partners
- Educate industry professionals on products, lending criteria, and solutions
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows (some interstate travel)
- Report on pipeline, conversions, competitor activity, and broker feedback
- Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan origination targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager (essential)
- Financial services, Real Estate / Property, or Professional Services background is highly regarded
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven hunter mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Supportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team environment
