What you’ll be doing:
* Providing outstanding customer service and helping patients feel at ease
* Assisting across all areas of the practice - from reception to frame styling and lens advice
* Supporting the team during annual or sick leave when possible
* Keeping up to date with the latest eyewear trends and products
What we’re looking for:
* A warm communicator with a passion for helping people
* Experience in retail, customer service, or medical reception (optical experience highly valued but not essential)
* A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn and grow
