We are seeking an experienced Academic Sales Consultant to convert warm inbound enquiries into enrolled students.
This part-time position is ideally suited to someone who can work five days per week for 4–5 hours per day, with availability between 2:00pm and 7:00pm and openness to Saturday shifts to ensure consistent coverage. While these are our ideal hours, we’re open to flexibility and can adjust days and times to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities– Action new enquiries within 24 hours– Conduct structured sales calls with parents– Achieve 30+ new clients per month– Maintain strong conversion rates and program value– Accurately manage CRM and follow process

About You– Minimum 3 years’ sales experience– Proven success working to KPIs– Confident and persuasive on the phone– Process-driven and disciplined– Resilient, organised and consultative in approach– Education experience is a bonus, not essential
