The Role Toll Group IT is excited to be recruiting a Business Analyst (BA) to join the Toll Government and Defence IT Team. Reporting to the Business Solution Architect you will deliver IT project initiatives. You will be responsible for defining business requirements during the project discovery stage to ensure these outcomes meet the business strategy, within the applicable timeframes and budget parameters. Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the liaison between the business, IT and Project teams, you are to elicit, develop and document the business requirements as well as process maps. This includes collaborating with the business users and stakeholders to recommend and assess innovative IT solutions, develop the business case and obtain project sign off. As the IT Business Analyst, you will: Lead business requirements workshops. Participate in solution design and delivery of projects. Change requests for system configuration, continuous improvements, and enhancements. Manage data collection, mapping, conversion, and migration. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that customer and business impact is considered while delivering all projects or programs of work. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Pre-Production Planning. What We’re Looking For If you are a proactive and experienced professional with a passion for TMS and ensuring service excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Toll Group. A degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business from a recognised tertiary institution preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems. Experience with integration projects involving Transport Management Systems (TMS) 5 years working experience with transport management systems (TMS) and processes, includes knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and the ability to work with various transport carriers Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. This includes experience in creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
